Patients can often resume normal activities immediately, but it's advisable to avoid vigorous exercise for 48 hours. Be sure to keep treated areas clean. It is important to engage in light activities to enhance blood circulation. Compression garments may be recommended to aid in the healing process and improve results. Avoid lasers, sun exposure, hot baths, and exfoliants for 4 weeks post treatment.
