Skip Aspirin, ibuprofen, including Advil, for 48 hours. Hold off on exercise and makeup for the first 24 hours after treatment. We follow the "Rule of 5's" - Massage 5 times a day for 5 minutes, for the next 5 days. Your provider will explain this more thoroughly in office.

Radiesse is a non-dissolvable injectable dermal filler comprised of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres. Radiesse is ideal for facial contouring, correcting moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, enhancing/lifting the cheeks and jaw, and replenishing volume loss.

Radiesse is commonly used to address nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and to enhance cheekbones, jawline and chin. It can also be used for skin tightening and rejuvenation of the under chin area, neck, décolletage, and hands. The Radiesse butt lift (commonly known as "BBL") adds volume, contours the buttocks, and fills in hip dips.

The results from Radiesse are immediate. There may be some swelling after injections, which typically subsides in 2-3 days. After a couple of weeks, Radiesse will have settled, and continual improvement can be seen due to increased collagen production.

The Radiesse Brazilian Butt Lift, aka BBL, enhances and contours the natural gluteal curves, creating a smoother and fuller appearance both in projection and in the hip dip area.

The duration for Radiesse can last anywhere from 18-24 months.

There is no downtime after Radiesse injections. You can go straight back to work and resume normal activities immediately. However, exercise is not recommended for 24 hours post injections. Mild swelling or bruising may appear after your treatment and can be eased with arnica and ice.
